Customized items are not available for return, If upon receiving item something is wrong please contact me so we can find a resolution.

All non customized items are available for a return with in 7 days of receiving items.

Gifts by Lindsey is NOT responsible for return shipping postage.

Once Gifts by Lindsey receives returned item you will be issued a refund with in 5 days.
